Not sure what you mean by 'complete' I've been doing it since March 2015.4 days a week. Has really kept me in shape.
I love that it only takes up 25mins out of my day! Its enough DVDs to not seem repetitive and boring after while. I changed my diet drastically too. I wasnt doing it for the purpose of losing weight.rather for the purpose of staying active and in shape. I still get sore from doing it. I take every 4 to 5 weeks off for a full week. Just started up again this week from taking a break last week.

There is a squat thrust move where everyone else is going one way and he's going the other way,lol. Chile he was all over the place. And sometimes he couldn't keep up with the moves but did do a good job for the most part.
Tanyas husband is in there as well and he would mess up too. After Beta, he was DONE,lol.Now Core Speed is my favorite to do.
I sweat ALL over the place. He incorporates alot of moves that will make you get where you need to get to.Someone mentioned how he changes up the moves quickly.so true.
That's I love the most about T25. It really does have awesome workout DVDs. Shaun T knows that you're tired and will say but tells you to keep going.I did see results in my body, I got toned in areas. I couldn't tell that I did until I saw my before and after photos. I didn't lose much weight from it.
Just got toned. Plus I love what it did to ME. I would be sooooo tired but my gosh did I feel great after it was done. I felt so motivated and so tired. UGH, that core cardio in Beta really worked my ass I'll tell ya that much lol.Gamma, is really great too. The only one I really liked doing was the Speed 3.0 though. But I'd have to say that Beta was the best.
I felt like I was doing alot more with Beta itself.I tried Insanity and enjoyed it but not as much as I enjoyed T25. I love how it's only 25 minutes and the way I feel after the workout.
