It's interesting though how folks have become used to watching horizontally stretched images. Euro battlenet patch 1.23. Most taverns with their fancy flat screens (without an HD package) show their sports in this distorted, stretched fashion. I've also been at many folks homes who when showing off their new WS LCD monitors never seemed to have realized how distorted the image actually was. Usually this can be fixed, sometimes a driver update is needed, but sometimes the vid card is just not capable.I still use and prefer my 'square (5:4)' 19' LCD for computer use.
